⚠️ California Sales Suspension

Notice Regarding AB 1263 and SB 704

Due to recent changes in California law, including Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263) and Senate Bill 704 (SB 704), we have temporarily suspended all sales to the State of California.

These laws introduce new and broadly written requirements affecting the sale, shipment, and transfer of firearm accessories, components, and related equipment. Because the scope of the affected products and the compliance obligations imposed on sellers remain unclear, we are unable to determine—at this time—which items may be lawfully sold or shipped into California.

As a result, we have implemented a statewide suspension of all California orders while we seek clarification and guidance from legal counsel, regulators, distributors, and industry partners.

Reason for Suspension

• AB 1263 imposes new age verification, identity verification, acknowledgment, and shipping requirements for certain firearm accessories, parts, and equipment.
• SB 704 establishes new transfer requirements for firearm barrels and related components, including in-person transfer through licensed California firearms dealers.

Both laws are written broadly and remain subject to interpretation. Until definitive guidance is available regarding which products fall within the scope of these laws and how compliance is to be achieved, we cannot safely or reliably process orders for California customers.

Current Status for California Orders

Effective immediately:

• All sales to California addresses are suspended
• Any orders placed with a California billing or shipping address will be cancelled and refunded
• This suspension applies to all products, regardless of category, until further notice

Ongoing Review

We are actively reviewing AB 1263 and SB 704 with legal counsel and monitoring developments across the firearms industry. Our goal is to restore service to California customers as soon as lawful, clearly defined compliance pathways are established.
